  The review listed below is a prime example of the type of work and work ethic that Doctor Tile maintains with every customer and job.
  
  To whom it may concern:
  Dr. Tile, Tommy A., saved us. One January night 2017, our tiles began popping loudly. Rows of them mysteriously “tented”-- elevated several inches in double-tile rows-- while others were loose, making a hollow sound when stepped on, and a few cracked. Our insurance refused coverage, and several contractors told us the whole house would have to be re-tiled, costing $15-20,000 and making a huge mess since all the old thin-set would have to be ground off the slab.
  Then I found Tommy. He told me that he could do the job in one week, with no dust, and at a fixed cost of $4000. I agreed on a time and he came when promised, did the job in one week as estimated, and did not try to surcharge. He and his two workers (his son and daughter) were entirely polite and professional.
  They removed the tented tiles, cleaned them, and reset them with his glue. They injected the glue under all the loose, “hollow” tiles. It turned out that some 95% of the house needed this repair, more than expected, but Tommy never complained about the added work required. He seemed most eager to give us a beautiful job.
  They removed tiles from the laundry room to replace cracked ones, and re-tiled that entire room attractively. They cleaned and color-sealed all the grout in the entire house, so it looks clean and bright. They moved and replaced all the furniture as needed (we had judiciously cleared table tops of small breakable items).
  The floor feels solid. Tommy showed me how his glue retains some flex, so we are confident that this loosening will not happen again.
  I recommend Dr. Tile to anyone needing tile repair. He is the only person I could find who does this kind of work, and he did a very good job.
